How To Join 1st Alternative – Doctors & Paramedics

Step 1 - Download an application form or collect an application form from the branch and complete it.

Step 2 - Make available with you the following documents:

1. Passport
2. Proof of Address. i.e. utility bill, bank statement (must be no more than 3 months old)
3. Academic Transcripts
4. Immunisation Records/Lab test results
5. Work assessment form from your most recent assignment

Step 3 - Bring the correct documents to our office for an interview:
