It is essential that our clients have full confidence in the quality and integrity of both temporary and permanent staff.

Our registration process involves a rigorous scrutiny of each Nurse, ensuring only the most qualified and competent Nurses are registered. Our dedicated Quality Management team work closely with external organisations such as CSCI to ensure total compliance with UK legislation. Our procedures have been developed to incorporate the guidelines laid down in the Care Standards Acts 2000 and Nursing Agency Standards.  We also operate a structured complaints procedure should any of our Clients identify an incident that requires investigation.

To maintain high levels of candidates compliance and continued professional development we provide all our Nurses and internal employees with comprehensive training packages, delivered through our internal training department.
